This post is all about the delicious food I ate in Thailand. Thai cuisine is famous around the world for being rich in flavour and variety. It truly is one of the best things about this country.
Dear Thailand,
You make the best food, and I love you for it.
Never stop cooking!
Yours hungrily,
Elizabeth

I love Thai food. There is no country on earth that creates better food, in my opinion. I love Thai food so much. I could eat it all day, every day. In fact, for large chunks of my time I have done exactly that with the many trips I have taken to Thailand over the past 10 years.
On my recent trip to Thailand, I was mainly there to check out the Thai food. It’s a tough job, but I had to do it! Yep.
Thai food is all about flavour, and lots of it. The four cornerstones of Thai cuisine – spicy, sour, salty and sweet – are featured in almost every dish to some degree. From green curries and Pad Thai’s to Miang Kham and Roti Sai Mai, there is something for everyone.
This is going to be a very personal list, of things I have tried and liked. But the great thing about Thailand is, there are probably about 1000 recipes of Thai food to try and we all have our favourites.
If you want to get inspired for your next trip to Thailand, or perhaps you want to try something new at home in the kitchen, I’ve got 47 Thai food dishes to share with you today.
